Delhi, 29 December 2023 – L&T EduTech has formed a strategic partnership with RIT to offer an advanced Smart ICT Infrastructure program for students of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed at the Delhi Regional Office of L&T, marking a significant milestone in industry-academia collaboration.
The event was attended by prominent members from both organisations. Representing RIT were Prof (Dr) Parag Jain, Director; Dr Madhavendra Saxena, Head of the Mechanical Department; Prof Ajay Singh, Head of the Civil Department; and Dr Manmohan, Head of the ECE Department. From L&T EduTech, the dignitaries included N K Puri, former Vice President and Head of Special Initiatives, B&F IC and Regional Manager of the Delhi Region, L&T Construction; Ashish Mishra, Manager of CollegeConnect; Saurabh Tiwari, Manager of CollegeConnect; and Anurag Awasthi, Senior Manager of L&T Construction.
The Smart ICT Infrastructure program aims to equip ECE students with cutting-edge knowledge and skills essential for the evolving technological landscape. This partnership represents a significant step towards integrating advanced industry practices into the academic curriculum, ensuring that students are well-prepared for future career opportunities in the rapidly advancing field of ICT.
