Bridging Education, Industry, and Opportunity at NEXUS 2026

Mumbai, 8 May 2026: One room, a shared vision, and a collective ambition to transform education. NEXUS 2026 brought together leaders from academia, industry, and the L&T ecosystem to shape the future of learning, skilling, and employability. Hosted by L&T EduTech at AMN Tower, Powai, Mumbai, the event became a meeting ground for ideas, partnerships, and conversations centred on one question: how do we prepare learners for a future that is evolving faster than ever before?

The answer was clear throughout the day’s discussions ; education can no longer exist in isolation. As industries transform and new careers emerge, learning must become more agile, immersive, and deeply connected to real-world experiences.

Setting the tone for the event, M.F. Febin, Head – L&T EduTech, delivered the keynote address, “Blueprints for What’s Ahead: Reimagining EduTech,” highlighting the need for stronger industry-academia collaboration and future-focused learning models that nurture globally employable talent.

The momentum continued through “Leadership Lens from the Minds That Built L&T,” where senior leaders shared perspectives on leadership, innovation, and transformation, offering attendees a glimpse into the mindset required to navigate a rapidly changing world.

Another key highlight was the panel discussion, “Skilling at Scale: Embedding Experiential Learning into Every Discipline,” moderated by Anshul Gupta, DGM – Skill Exchange & Academic Alliances, L&T EduTech. The conversation explored how experiential learning can move beyond being an added advantage and become an integral part of every learner’s journey.

But NEXUS 2026 was about more than conversations. It was about turning ideas into action. Strategic Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) were signed with Monark University, Assam down town University in collaboration with LTIMindtree, and GMR Varalakshmi Foundation (GMRIT Deemed to be University), advancing initiatives in electric vehicle (EV) skilling, cybersecurity, and career-ready learning pathways.

The event concluded with an awards ceremony celebrating institutions and collaborators that are championing innovation and industry-integrated education. Honours were presented under categories including the Blue Chip Partner Award, Innovation Hub Pioneer Award, and Spark Award.

More than a gathering, NEXUS 2026 represented a shift in mindset. By bringing together diverse perspectives under one roof, L&T EduTech reinforced a simple yet powerful idea: the future of learning will not be built within four walls, but through experiences, partnerships, and a collective willingness to reimagine what education can become.
