With this vision, L&T EduTech continues to expand its collaborations across institutions and organisations to create learning experiences that are practical, relevant, and aligned with the demands of the future workforce.
Reflecting this commitment, L&T EduTech has formalised a strategic partnership with Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) to launch a PG Diploma Programme in Industrial Safety and Engineering for L&T employees. Designed around a work-integrated learning model, the programme combines academic rigour with industry immersion, experiential learning facilities, and expert faculty guidance. By bringing together VIT’s academic excellence and L&T EduTech’s industry expertise, the collaboration aims to strengthen research capabilities, knowledge transfer, and professional development while ensuring learning remains aligned with evolving industry needs.
A key milestone in this journey is the partnership with Guru Kashi University, aimed at strengthening industry-oriented education, fostering innovation, and equipping students with future-ready skills through collaborative learning opportunities.
The impact of sustained collaborations is already visible at Khalsa College of Engineering and Technology, Amritsar, where what began as a learning initiative has grown into a culture of continuous upskilling. After students completed 5,484 courses and hundreds of career pathways through LearnKonnect last year, the programme has now been renewed for another 1,000 students.
In Kerala, L&T EduTech has partnered with ASAP Kerala to create stronger pathways between learning and real-world industry expectations, helping learners build practical skills and prepare for future careers with greater confidence.
Further strengthening its academic network, L&T EduTech has signed an MoU with Christ College of Engineering, Thrissur, to introduce industry-aligned certification courses that combine classroom learning with practical exposure.
The focus on industry-integrated learning also extends to aspiring engineers through the partnership with Muthoot Institute of Technology and Science (MITS), Kochi. Through an Integrated Programme for M.Tech Infrastructure Engineering & Technology and specialised certification courses, students will gain stronger industry awareness and hands-on skills to tackle real-world challenges.
While each collaboration has a different focus, they are all connected by a shared purpose: ensuring learners are equipped not only with knowledge, but with the skills, adaptability, and confidence needed to thrive in a changing world.
