Mrs. M.F. Febin is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the construction, design, and education sectors. Currently serving as the Head of L&T EduTech, she is responsible for driving the company’s growth and expanding its footprint in both domestic and international markets. With a strong foundation in structural engineering, she has successfully led multiple large-scale infrastructure projects and contributed significantly to the evolution of L&T’s education and digital learning initiatives. A pioneering leader, Mrs. Febin was the first lady Post Graduate Engineering Trainee (PGET) at L&T, specializing in structural engineering, and has played an instrumental role in mentoring over 70 graduate and postgraduate trainees. Her career spans diverse functions, from leading the formation of the Defense Construction Business Vertical at L&T to co-founding a successful engineering consultancy. With a passion for innovation and a commitment to bridging the gap between academia and industry, Mrs. Febin led the development of CollegeConnect, L&T EduTech's flagship program. Through this initiative, she has established strong partnerships with over 45 educational institutions, collaborated with the governments of Tamil Nadu and Kerala, and worked with global education platforms like Coursera. Her leadership in driving diversity and inclusion initiatives has also had a significant impact on the organization. She continues to lead efforts to digitize and transform higher education, making engineering knowledge accessible to a global audience, and helping shape the future of education.

Sandeep Das has over 19 years of experience driving organizational success across industries like Automotive, Fashion, Textile, Education, Consumer Goods, and Engineering Services. He has worked with global companies such as Bosch, Arvind, and Global University Systems, holding roles in Finance, IT consulting, and transformation leadership.

Sandeep has implemented global SAP rollouts and large-scale process changes, utilizing technologies like RPA, AI, Cloud services, BI, SAP automation, and IoT. His work has been integral in driving digital transformation and sustainable business growth.

A Chartered Accountant from ICAI, Sandeep also holds certifications in Organisational Development from NTL and People Management from GPTW. His contributions have been recognized by ASSOCHAM, CII, TISS, and awards like the Bosch Best Innovator Award (APAC).

Sandeep coaches’ corporate executives on leadership and digital transformation for ISB and UPES, while mentoring start-ups on business models and go-to-market strategies.

Sandeep is an avid sports enthusiast, having competed in Badminton, Triathlons, adventure sports and cycling over 10,000 km since July 2020.

Anitha Jayapal holds a postgraduate in Human Resources (HR) and has two decades of rich HR experience in various industries. Currently, she is the Head of HR for Larsen and Toubro – EduTech. Prior to L&T, she was the Head of HR for Mobility Solutions and Head of DEI & Employee Experience at Bosch Global Software Technologies.

Bringing experience from previous roles and industrial segments at Hansen Drives (ZF), Pricol Limited, Geedee Weiler and Precot Mills Ltd., she possesses a robust skill set that includes but is not limited to Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and Industrial Relations.

She is a diversity enthusiast who truly believes that 'people matter'. She is a people advisor and a proactive coach in creating progressive careers. Anitha is a 'people champion' for culture and creating inclusive workplaces. She has handled multicultural teams and is also accountable for establishing and integrating international locations.

Anitha has won the Women Leader Award, Innovation Award and WILL – Women Choice Awards 2023. She is a certified Coach for the Global Organisation Development for Change Leaders from the National Training Laboratories (NTL), USA Institute for Applied Behavioral Science.

Anitha has held various positions in the retiral boards, welfare trusts and POSH Committees over her years of service. Apart from her designated role at L&T, she holds esteemed positions in professional bodies including being the CII Co-convenor in the HR & IR Panel, Coimbatore, Nasccom, CMA and the honorary secretary in ISTD- Coimbatore chapter. Akhil Kumar Goud Bommana is a skilled geotechnical engineering professional currently working as an Assistant Engineering Manager at Larsen & Toubro in Chennai. He plays a key role in geotechnical design and foundation engineering. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Design Engineer at the same organization, contributing to major infrastructure projects.

Akhil holds a Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering from NIT Warangal and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad. His core technical skills include expertise in WALLAP, Talren, and Shallow Foundation design, making him a valuable asset in complex foundation and structural design projects.

Ms. Angeline Getrude Nancy is a proficient Geotechnical Engineer currently working as an Assistant Engineering Manager at Larsen & Toubro with over 8 years of experience in the design and execution of Shallow and Deep Foundations, Shoring Systems, Excavation & Backfilling, Pavements, Grade Slabs, and Liquefaction Analysis.

She is well-versed in preparing and reviewing technical drawings and documents, interpreting soil investigation reports, and developing Bills of Quantities. Angeline has contributed to more than 100 projects across residential, industrial, and healthcare sectors, and has authored over 100 design-related documents with consultant approvals.

She is also experienced in L&T EduTech, where she developed geotechnical engineering content. Skilled in tools like PLAXIS 2D & 3D, Geo5, and CadsPile, she demonstrates strong capabilities in team management, inter-discipline coordination, and subordinate development, delivering quality work within project timelines.

Mr. Ashutosh Mohod is the Engineering Manager at L&T Construction. With over 11 years of rich experience in the construction industry, he has carved a niche in the domain of Hydel Engineering.

His core expertise spans Hydro power Structure, Concrete and Steel Bridge structure, Site Infra structure, planning and strategic execution, and the integration of digital technologies. He has been instrumental in driving initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing construction methodologies, and introducing innovative, cost-economic design approaches in Hydro power structures. Mr. Ashutosh was responsible for end-to-end oversight of Design co-ordination, encompassing conceptualization, design, implementation, and achievement of productivity goals. He played a key role in execution of a Hydro Power project for APGCL. He has also performed tender stage engineering for irrigation, Hydro power, Pump storage Project.

A strong advocate for continuous improvement and innovation, Mr. Ashutosh is equally passionate about mentorship and knowledge sharing. He actively trains and guides young professionals, helping them build strong technical foundations and adapt to emerging technologies in the construction landscape.

Mr. Biswabikash Rout, currently serving as Senior Manager, is a distinguished expert in pavement and geotechnical material evaluation with 18 years of professional experience. Previously, he led the Pavement Engineering Section as Section Head and served as the designated Quality Manager (NABL) at L&T Construction Research and Testing Center. He has been instrumental in the optimization, mix design, and performance evaluation of bituminous mixes for numerous highway, expressway, and runway projects.

A pioneer in the field, Mr. Rout has been credited with developing and implementing innovative technologies in pavement and runway engineering, including India’s first composite pavement, cold stockpileable pothole filling mix, emulsion-based cold mixes for base layers, shredded waste plastic in bituminous mixes, and cement-grouted bituminous macadam. His expertise extends to initiating, evaluating, and deploying cutting-edge technologies across L&T's global infrastructure projects.

An alumnus of NIT Rourkela (B-Tech) and S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (Executive MBA), Mr. Rout is a certified Internal Auditor (ISO-17025:2017) by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). His domain knowledge in construction material design, innovation, and qualification continues to drive excellence in infrastructure development.

Mukund is an accomplished engineering professional with over 25 years of experience in civil engineering, structural design, and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Currently serving as the Head of BIM at L&T Construction, he leads the company’s digital transformation efforts across large-scale infrastructure projects. His role involves driving the strategic adoption of BIM technologies, streamlining project workflows, and enhancing productivity through data-driven solutions and digital tools.

Prior to this, Mukund held leadership positions at Reliance Infrastructure, Black & Veatch, Essar Engineering, and others, where he led multidisciplinary teams and implemented BIM practices to improve coordination and project delivery. With deep expertise in civil engineering and digital project execution, Mukund has been instrumental in integrating innovation into construction processes to achieve greater efficiency and quality.

Mr. Ram Prasath C is the Chief Engineering Manager at L&T Construction with over 19 years of experience in structural engineering and advanced construction. He completed his M.E. in Structural Engineering from Anna University in 2007 and B.E. in Civil Engineering from Bharathidasan University in 2004. His areas of expertise include modular construction, heavy lifting, precast and rapid construction, marine and bridge projects, and renewable energy works.

He has contributed to major projects such as the world’s largest cricket stadium in Ahmedabad, the heaviest sky bridge in Colombo, India’s tallest communication tower, longest sea bridge, and several large-scale power and infrastructure projects. He is also passionate about making miniature models, combining creativity with engineering.

A professionally motivated Structural Engineer with 14+ years of experience in the design of Reinforced Concrete, Structural Steel, Composite, Timber, and Masonry structures. Possesses diverse experience in Heavy Civil Engineering, including Underground Metros, Tunnels, Defence, and Marine Structures.

Mr. D. Arunkumar is a seasoned civil engineering professional with over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in advanced formwork systems and execution. Currently serving as Manager at the Centre of Excellence for Formwork at L&T Construction, he plays a pivotal role in standardizing, optimizing, and innovating formwork practices across the organization.

His expertise spans formwork planning, shuttering schedule preparation, system design, resource optimization, and end-to-end implementation for residential, commercial, industrial, and high-rise structures and he is adept in handling a variety of formwork systems.

At L&T, he handles formwork standardization across Independent Companies (IC's), develops new systems and technical solutions, and drives digital transformation initiatives such as BIM-based BOQ generation, AR/VR simulations, and RFID tracking for material utilization. He was instrumental in initiatives such as developing the Formwork Digital Library, authoring formwork manuals and technical newsletters for organization-wide knowledge sharing, and creating the Formwork Engineering Course in partnership with L&T EduTech.

His technical leadership extends to mentoring engineers through structured trainings over 95 sessions, hands-on mock-up implementations, and project-specific guidance. By introducing 3D printing for prototype development and RFID for inventory tracking, he ensures that cutting-edge solutions align with safety, efficiency, and productivity goals.

A practicing structural engineer by profession with ample experience in the field of oil & gas and industrial structures. He has completed a Masters in Offshore Structures at the National Institute of Technology, Calicut.

He has designed various structures ranging from pre-engineered buildings, long-span industrial truss buildings, topside service modules in FLNG decks, and auxiliary structures for operability in industries.

A highly experienced Rock/Geomechanics Engineer with over 25 years as a Scientist at the National Institute of Rock Mechanics (NIRM), India, and more than 18 years as an Engineer/Consultant across civil construction, tunneling, mining, and oil & gas sectors. With a strong background in geomechanics and rock mechanics, the professional has provided advanced technical services and designed optimized underground civil and mining structures for major projects globally, including in India, Canada, Singapore, Oman, and Bhutan.

With a PhD from McGill University, Canada, and field research at Vale Ltd’s Garson Mine, expertise includes geotechnical instrumentation, in-situ stress testing, and dynamic rock analysis. Proficient in modeling using FLAC, UDEC, RS2, and ABAQUS, and in data analysis through R and Python, the professional has led cutting-edge research in deep rock mechanics and contributed significantly to risk assessment and support system innovation. Dr. R. Shiv Shankar is a highly accomplished structural engineer with over 19 years of experience in the design of reinforced concrete and steel buildings. He earned his B.Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Madras, followed by a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA. He completed his PhD in Reinforced Concrete Design from the University of Texas at Austin.

He began his career with Nabih Youssef & Associates, California, where he worked as a structural engineer on high-rise building projects. Upon returning to India, he contributed to a number of landmark developments while working with renowned firms such as LERA Consulting Engineers and BuroHappold Engineering.

Dr. Shiv Shankar brings deep technical expertise and a research-driven approach to the design and execution of complex building structures.

Dr. S. Rajkumar is a distinguished professional at the Centre for Excellence and Futuristic Department (CEFD), Building and Factories IC, L&T Construction. With deep expertise in energy analysis, he specializes in low energy space conditioning strategies for buildings, thermal comfort, building audits, and architectural acoustics. His work is pivotal in advancing sustainable building practices and enhancing the efficiency of space conditioning systems.

Dr. Rajkumar is proficient in using advanced building simulation and analysis tools such as DesignBuilder, TRNSYS17, EnergyPlus, AGI32, and Cradle. These tools enable him to conduct thorough analyses and simulations, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency in building designs. His technical skills are complemented by a strong commitment to innovation and sustainability in the construction industry.

Dr. Sreenath is an accomplished structural engineering professional with over 19 years of experience spanning both research and industrial projects. He currently serves as Senior Lead Engineering Manager (Structural) at the Engineering, Design and Research Center (EDRC) of L&T Construction’s Airports Division. He specializes in the design of steel and composite structures across a wide range of infrastructure sectors, including airports, commercial buildings, and offshore platforms. Key projects he has contributed to include Navi Mumbai International Airport, Hyderabad International Airport, AM Naik Tower, and ONGC Platform-B127.

His research interests focus on advanced structural analysis of steel frames and connections, with publications in national and international journals and conferences. In addition to his industry leadership, Dr. Sreenath maintains strong academic engagement as a member of the National Building Code Sectional Committee (BIS CED 37 Council), Board of Professional Studies at Mizoram University, and doctoral committees of research scholars at NIT Trichy and VIT Chennai. Dr. Pari is a seasoned Geospatial Engineering Professional with over 25 years of experience in applying advanced spatial technologies to large-scale infrastructure projects. As Associate Vice President and Head of GeoSpatial Engineering & Technologies at LTIMindtree, he has led several pioneering initiatives across sectors including water, transportation, energy and urban development.

He holds a Doctorate from Anna University, Chennai, and is credited with implementing India’s first aerial LiDAR-based solution for a mega irrigation project. His portfolio includes the design and delivery of GIS-based progress monitoring systems, enterprise GIS platforms and mobile-integrated solutions such as GISSOM and LMNoP, which have significantly enhanced field-to-office integration in infrastructure projects.

Dr. Pari’s core expertise lies in geospatial engineering, enterprise GIS, digital transformation, advanced 3D scanning, and drone-based data acquisition. Mr. T Jagannath serves as the Deputy General Manager at L&T Construction, where he leads the Centre of Excellence for Formwork. With over 18 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, he has established a strong reputation in the field of Formwork Engineering and Operational Efficiency. His core competencies include formwork design, planning, strategic execution, and the seamless integration of digital technologies to elevate formwork solutions. He has been a key driver of initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, refining construction methodologies, and pioneering tech-enabled innovations in formwork systems. Mr. Jagannath has overseen the complete lifecycle of aluminium formwork systems—from conceptualization and design to implementation and productivity enhancement. Her notable works include studies on the stress relaxation behavior of asphalt emulsion residue (Geotropika 2008, Malaysia) and the measurement of normal stresses for bituminous materials (XVth International Congress on Rheology, California, USA).

With 39 years of rich experience in Concrete Technology, including 34 years with L&T, L.S.Kannan has been a driving force behind the design and execution of complex concrete solutions across prestigious national and international projects. Key highlights include the Sardar Patel Statue (world’s tallest), Motera Cricket Stadium (world’s largest), Ram Janmabhoomi (designed for 1000 years), and Statue of Oneness (500-year design life), along with landmark works like IIT Hyderabad’s fair-finish concrete and folded plates spanning 56 meters. Internationally, L S Kannan has contributed to projects such as Tala (Bhutan), Petronas Refinery (Malaysia), Salalah Airport, and ITC Colombo. Having designed and handled concrete mixes up to M100, L.S.Kannan specializes in high-strength and high-performance concrete, 3D printing of concrete, and long-distance concrete pumping—demonstrating deep expertise in advanced civil engineering applications.

Vinod Nakra is a corporate techno legal expert with substantial in-house experience in Infrastructure/construction field. He has experience in project leadership spread over three decades with broad experience in all aspects of planning, procurement, supervision, quality assurance and timely execution of complex turnkey construction projects including Highways, Bridges and Airport Infrastructure like runways and taxiways. He was a chief engineer with Military Engineering Services and Professor Emeritus at RICS (UK) School of Built Environment. He possess Master of Engineering (ME) in Town & Country Planning from University of Pune and MSc (Defence Studies) from University of Madras. He is also a Fellow of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (UK) and Fellow of the Institute of Town Planners, Institute of Engineers, Institute of Valuers and Institute of Surveyors. Mr. R. Vimal is a seasoned structural engineering professional with a decade of experience in the design and execution of building structures. He holds a Master of Engineering (ME) degree in Structural Engineering and currently serves as Sr. Lead Engineering Manager in the Residential Business Unit of L&T Construction’s Buildings & Factories IC. Over the years, Mr. Vimal has played a key role in advancing precast construction technologies and has contributed to numerous residential and high-rise projects across India. A dedicated Mechanical Engineer with 15 years of experience at L&T Construction, possessing deep expertise in the operation, maintenance, and performance optimization of a wide range of construction machinery. Skilled in implementing Management Information Systems (MIS), monitoring key performance indicators, and strategic resource planning. Successfully managed the operation and maintenance of heavy construction equipment during the execution of the mega Blast Furnace project at Vizag Steel Plant. Srinivasa Sarma has over 34 years of rich experience in civil infrastructure, having worked as the Head of Quality Control for the Roads, Runways, and Elevated Corridors Strategic Business Group (SBG) of the Transportation Infrastructure Independent Company at L&T Construction. Throughout his career, he has contributed to several iconic projects, including India's first four-lane highway project (NH-5), Hyderabad Hitec-City, the Andhra Pradesh Economic Reconstruction Project (APECRP), National Highways NH-2, Hyderabad International Airport, Mumbai Monorail, and Hyderabad Metro Rail. He is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 by IRCA, a Level-D certified project management professional by IPMA, and a Level-C certified concrete testing professional by ACI. Mr. Satya is the Chief Engineering Manager for Pavement at the Transportation Infrastructure IC, Roads, Bridges & Formations SBG of L&T Construction. He brings 19 years of extensive experience in detailed design and pre-bid engineering for highways, airports, railways, and various infrastructure projects. His core expertise lies in pavement design, materials evaluation, and rehabilitation measures for both highways and aircraft pavements. He is actively involved in exploring and implementing new pavement materials and technologies to enhance infrastructure performance and sustainability. Additionally, Mr. Satya is skilled in engineering solutions involving geosynthetics for infrastructure projects, including earth retention systems. He also possesses significant experience in highway geometric design and effective design coordination, ensuring seamless project execution aligned with technical and client requirements. Mr. Satya holds an M.Tech in Transportation Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, India. He has published numerous papers in national and international journals and conferences, contributing valuable insights to the field of transportation infrastructure engineering.

An architect by profession and passion, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Bharath University, Chennai, where she discovered her strong interest in Building Information Modeling (BIM). She began her career as a BIM Architect, refining her skills while contributing to innovative design projects. Seeking deeper involvement in architectural design, she transitioned to a firm focused on residential developments, gaining hands-on experience in project execution. To expand her professional scope, she took on commercial design responsibilities and later moved to Chennai to serve as a Senior Architect at Larsen & Toubro Construction Ltd., where she specialized in underground metro station design and advanced BIM implementation. Her work supported major metro infrastructure projects, and she played a key role in training and leading BIM teams, as well as implementing BIM 360 for seamless collaboration. Currently at AECOM, she continues to apply her diverse experience in design and digital construction. Sunil Kumar is an accomplished Project Management expert with 35 years of experience, blending industry practice and academic rigor. His expertise spans construction project management, operations management, and decision science, with significant contributions to teaching, consulting, and research.
