Indore, 6 June 2025 — L&T EduTech has partnered with Medicaps University, Indore, to launch an Integrated Program in Civil Engineering with a focus on Multi-Modal Transportation Infrastructure enhanced by AI and ML. This program aims to prepare students for the evolving demands of the infrastructure and mobility sectors by combining core engineering skills with emerging technologies.
With the rise in smart transportation systems across the country, the program is designed to produce engineers who are both technically sound and industry-ready. Alongside academic rigour, the curriculum also builds functional and behavioural competencies to support holistic professional development.
The launch event saw participation from key leaders of both institutions. Representing L&T EduTech were Febin M F, Head of L&T EduTech, and Nitin Jain, Deputy General Manager, L&T. From Medicaps University, attendees included Prof Dilip K Patnaik, Vice Chancellor; Birajashis Pattnaik, Pro Vice-Chancellor; Panneerselvam Siluvainathan, Registrar; Dr Shilpa Tripathi, Chief Vigilance Officer and Dean of Student Welfare; Dr Pramod S Nair, Dean – Faculty of Engineering; Prof (Dr) Abbas Ali Koser, from the Faculties of Science and Arts; and Prof Chayan Gupta, Head of the Department of Civil Engineering.
This partnership marks a significant step toward reshaping engineering education through real-world relevance and future-ready learning.
