Hyderabad, February 14, 2025: L&T EduTech’s Enterprise team successfully conducted a four-day Project Management Training program for the RE Sustainability team at Hotel Deccan Serai, Hyderabad, from February 11th to 14th. This training initiative aimed to equip the RE Sustainability team with advanced project management skills to handle their dynamic and impactful projects more efficiently.
The training sessions were led by two experienced trainers from L&T EduTech, Mr. Reghunath and Mr. Arun Vetrivel. Both trainers brought a wealth of knowledge and practical experience in project management, guiding the participants through real-world challenges, tools, and techniques crucial for sustainable project execution. Their expert insights and interactive sessions helped bridge the gap between theory and practice, empowering the participants to approach their projects with enhanced strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
A special mention goes to Dr. Sujiv Nair, CHRO of ReSustainability HYD, whose leadership and vision continue to inspire the team’s development in sustainability initiatives. His support for this training program has been instrumental in fostering a learning culture within the organization. Over the four days, participants gained in-depth knowledge of core project management principles, including:

The hands-on activities, real-life case studies, and simulations offered an engaging platform for participants to apply what they learned and develop effective strategies for managing complex sustainability projects.
