August 2025 was a month of purposeful action at L&T EduTech, marked by collaborations, knowledge exchange and industry-focused learning programs. Each initiative reflected our mission of bridging academia and industry to create future-ready talent.
Strengthening Academia–Industry Collaboration
The month saw multiple partnerships take shape across institutions and disciplines. At Khalsa University, Amritsar, L&T EduTech launched Integrated Programs for students of ECE, CSE, Electrical, Mechanical and Civil Engineering. Knowledge Institute of Technology (KIOT), Salem, partnered with us to integrate Advanced Construction Practices into the Civil Engineering curriculum, bringing classroom learning closer to real-world application.
In a significant collaboration with the Indian Institute of Management Nagpur, we introduced expert-led, short-term certification programs during their Industry Week. Covering themes such as Supply Chain Management, Workforce Transformation, Technology Strategy, Corporate Finance and Generative AI, these programs will equip learners with industry-relevant insights.
Further expanding our footprint, we rolled out Integrated Programs at Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University with over 600 first-year learners and launched Discrete Courses at St. Joseph’s College of Engineering, reinforcing our commitment to accessible and practical learning.
Thought Leadership and Sectoral Focus
The month also highlighted our presence at Talent India 5.0, hosted at IIT Madras Research Park. MF Febin, Head of L&T EduTech, addressed over 1,000 academic leaders, HR professionals and placement officers, sharing her perspective on leveraging technology to bridge academia and industry. Her keynote inspired discussions on shaping education for the future workforce.
The BFSI vertical registered significant progress during August. At L&T’s Mumbai Headquarters, an Investor Awareness Program conducted by Shri Rajat Handa of HSBC AMC Ltd. guided employees on long-term wealth creation and risk management. In parallel, L&T EduTech completed its first delivery for Unity Small Finance Bank, training 60 learners across two batches through a Risk Analytics Program that emphasised practical risk management skills for the financial sector.
Masterclass Spotlight: The Semiconductor Era
Our Masterclass Series continued to engage learners with a focus on semiconductors and the role of AI in design. Sessions explored India’s growing integrated circuit (IC) ecosystem, real-world AI applications in design and verification and advancements in physical design optimisation through AI. Each session offered learners actionable knowledge and career insights relevant to the semiconductor industry.
Looking ahead, the September edition of the Masterclass Series will spotlight Electric Vehicles, with registrations now open.
August was defined by growth across partnerships, thought leadership, sectoral initiatives and knowledge-sharing platforms. As L&T EduTech continues to drive innovation in education, we remain focused on equipping learners with skills that are not only relevant today but vital for the industries of tomorrow.
