Mumbai, 14 March 2026 — It was a proud evening in Mumbai for L&T EduTech at the 5th edition of the National Feather Awards, with the organisation bringing home four prestigious recognitions across both organisational and individual categories.
The event, held as part of the Celebrating Women in Leadership initiative, brought together distinguished leaders, innovators, and change-makers from across industries, shining a spotlight on those driving meaningful impact and transformation.
In the Organisational Category, L&T EduTech was recognised as EdTech Company of the Year and also honoured for its Technology Solutions for Higher Education Institutes. These awards reflect the work being done to strengthen the connect between academia and industry—through practical, technology-driven learning experiences that prepare students for real-world roles. Adding to the moment, M. F. Febin, Head – L&T EduTech, was recognised with two individual honours — Women EduTech Leader of the Year and the Women Leadership Award. Her leadership has played a key role in shaping the direction of L&T EduTech and expanding its impact across institutions and learners.
