Visakhapatnam, March 2025 – L&T EduTech, through its Skill Exchange platform, conducted a successful campus drive for Rialto Enterprises Pvt Ltd (P&G) at Dr Lankapalli Bullayya College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam, on 12th and 13th March 2025. The drive saw impressive participation and outcomes, highlighting the effectiveness of the collaboration between academia and industry.
A total of 240 students attended the profile presentation, which set the stage for the subsequent online assessment. Around 233 students took part in the online test, with 125 students successfully clearing it and advancing to the next stage of the recruitment process.
The next step in the selection process was the Group Discussion (GD) round, 84 students participated. Following this, interviews were conducted with all 84 candidates who appeared for the GD. After careful evaluation, 95% of the interviewees were extended job offers.
The selected candidates will join Rialto Enterprises Pvt Ltd (P&G) on 1st June 2025, marking the beginning of their professional journey with a leading global company. This marks a significant achievement in L&T EduTech’s ongoing efforts to connect students with top-tier employers and equip them with the skills needed for a successful career.
