Naan Mudhalvan Initiative: L&T EduTech Partners with Government of Tamil Nadu

‘Naan Mudhalvan’ is a massive skill-building, flagship initiative by the Govt. of Tamil Nadu with the Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation (TNSDC) as the nodal agency to execute and monitor the initiative. As part of this initiative, several skill-building courses across various streams of engineering have been sourced from more than 50 training/industry partners and provided to the students.

About 19 areas for skill building have been identified for students presently in their 5th and 7th semesters. Courses in these areas have been included in the curriculum for Anna University and its affiliated colleges as mandatory courses.

L&T EduTech courses have been made mandatory for current semester civil engineering students in about 400 colleges across Tamil Nadu.

The programme was launched on 29 August, 2022. MF Febin, Head of CollegeConnect Business, L&T EduTech, exchanged the MoA with J Innocent Divya, IAS, MD – TNSDC, in the presence of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, MK Stalin.

Sabyasachi Das, CEO of L&T EduTech, participated in the event as a panellist in an insightful discussion on ‘Preparing Our Campus for Industry 4.0’.
