INTRODUCTION
L&T EduTech (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides products and services in
person/live or accessible via computers, phones, tablets, or other devices. By using our website

3.1. L&T EduTech provides courses and content from universities,

content, assessments, or grading criteria as needed. 3.2. Content Providers, integrated service
providers, and relevant third parties may enforce applicable provisions of these Terms. 3.3.
Participation in Content does not: a. Establish any formal relationship between you and the
Content Provider. b. Enroll or register you in any institution, university, or organization. c.
Grant access to additional resources beyond the offered content.
4. REGISTRATION OF ACCOUNTS AND
SUBSCRIPTION
4.1. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate, complete information during account
registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
L&T EduTech is not liable for unauthorized account usage.
4.2. Subscription
a. Subscription services may provide access to multiple or individual
courses, including hybrid/offline sessions. The nature of content is subject to change at L&T
EduTech’s sole discretion or as required for a course/program. b. L&T EduTech retains
registration information post-cancellation as per applicable laws.
5. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNTS
5.1. Users may terminate their accounts at any time. 5.2. Subscription
services will continue until canceled by the user or L&T EduTech. Cancellations do not qualify
for refunds. Access to content under specialized certificate courses will be discontinued upon
course completion.
6. LICENSE AND INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY
6.1. All website content, unless user-uploaded, including text,
graphics, logos, videos, software, and design elements, is owned by L&T EduTech and protected
under applicable intellectual property laws. 6.2. Users retain intellectual property rights over
submitted content (“User Content”), excluding course materials uploaded by Content Providers.
6.3. Intellectual property rights for product images and descriptions remain with respective
Content Providers. 6.4. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sublicensing of website
content is prohibited. 6.5. Content may be viewed or printed for personal use, subject to these
restrictions.
7. FEEDBACK
7.1. Feedback submissions grant L&T EduTech unrestricted usage rights
without compensation. Acceptance of feedback does not waive our rights to similar content
developed independently or obtained from other sources.

c. Offers, including cashback or discounts, are subject to the terms specified on the program’s webpage. Group discounts/cashback apply only if the required number of learners complete full payment; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the offer.
