About the Course
This course is intended to give students knowledge and skills about the digital manufacturing process as it relates to products. Its goal is to use digital technologies in manufacturing, services, supply chains, products, and processes. Digital manufacturing technology connects systems and processes throughout the manufacturing process, resulting in an integrated manufacturing approach that spans design, production, and final product maintenance.
This course gives us insight into the concept of smart factories and digital transformation, including everything from digital twins to robotic process automation. Applications of Product Life Management, ERP, Value Chain Management, and IIoT covered extensively.
