L&T EduTech National Talent Hunt 2024 is an initiative that aims to enable the engineering graduates to measure their employability quotient through NECT - National Engineering Competency Test. As a special initiative to support the future engineers, L&T EduTech offers this diagnostic test at Free of Cost to engineering pass outs of 2023, 2024 and 2025.
NECT Diagnostic test is designed to measure the employability quotient of Engineering graduates of India. It helps students the gauge and benchmark their domain knowledge, cognitive skills and English communication skill, apart from getting a view on their personal behavioral profile. The test is intended to help students understand about themselves and enables them to prepare better for the future careers.
