Recruit Train Deploy (RTD) allows employers to recruit and then train the workforce, making them job-ready with continuous training and development. NSFQ Aligned Short Term Training (STT) courses contain structured content and activities that bridge skill gaps.

L&T EduTech’s vocational skilling courses are modular and aligned with Qualification Packs (QPs) set by National Occupational Standards (NOS). Each course has section-wise activities and assignments mandated by the QP’s. While the theoretical part of the curriculum is an easy-to-understand audio-visual content delivered in Hindi and English; onsite footage and animation are deployed to enhance understanding of the working methodologies.
