Utility Systems in Chemical Process Plant

Utility Systems in Chemical Process Plant
Mechanical Engineering

The course will present system design considerations of all utility systems in CPI and scheme design, equipment involved, layout considerations, procurement strategy

About the Course

The course provides key design techniques and practical application aspects for designing of all the utility systems encountered in Chemical Process Industry (CPI). The course takes the learner through the typical process in designing these utilities including scheme conceptualizing, equipment involved, layout related, process control of system, procurement strategy, inputs required for design, process deliverables produced. This course provides the experience of designing these utility systems.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of the course, the learner will be able to conceptualize and design any utility system which is required in any specific CPI
