November 19, 2024 – L&T EduTech organises the Academic Leaders CONNECT’24 event in Chennai, creating a platform for influential academic leaders across the region to engage in meaningful conversations on preparing students for industry demands. The event highlighted the importance of bridging the gap between academic learning and industry expectations through collaborative efforts.
A notable highlight of the event was a dynamic panel discussion on “Nurturing Industry-Ready Talent.” HR and recruitment leaders from L&T Group companies, including Ashok Ranjith Rajasekaran, Kavitha Suresh, and Suresh R, shared their expertise and perspectives.
