The Naan Mudhalvan initiative is one of the key ways we contribute to this mission, ensuring that Tamil Nadu’s students and educators are empowered with the tools and skills they need to thrive in a competitive, global economy.
In a landmark achievement, L&T EduTech is excited to announce the successful completion of Naan Mudhalvan: Phase V, a significant step forward in empowering both educators and students with industry-ready skills. This initiative, backed by the Tamil Nadu government and Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation, aligns with the state’s mission to strengthen the link between academic institutions and industry demands.
As part of Phase V, L&T EduTech delivered an intensive Faculty Development Program (FDP) aimed at equipping faculty members from various engineering colleges across Tamil Nadu with the latest advancements in emerging technologies. The training focused on key areas such as Structural Design Modelling & Detailing and Electric & Hybrid Vehicles, two critical areas in modern engineering education.
120+ faculty members from leading engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu underwent comprehensive training, guided by L&T EduTech’s expert Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). This faculty training initiative was designed not only to enhance the participant’s own skills but also to empower them to guide their students more effectively as they navigate the complex, technology-driven engineering landscape.
The impact of Naan Mudhalvan: Phase V doesn’t stop with the faculty. L&T EduTech is now set to expand this initiative to engineering students across the state. More than 3,500 students will participate in a series of skills-based training sessions. The students will receive training that goes beyond textbooks, preparing them with practical, real-world knowledge that is immediately applicable in industry settings.
Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to drive the future of education and innovation through initiatives like Naan Mudhalvan.
