L&T EduTech and LTIMindtree Collaborate for “Train-the-Trainer” Program on Professional Skills

Chennai, December 13, 2024 – As part of the ongoing efforts to bridge the gap between academia and industry, L&T EduTech in collaboration with LTIMindtree successfully organized a “Train-the-Trainer” (TTT) program aimed at enhancing the professional skills of educators. Held from December 10 to December 13, 2024, at the L&T Office in Manapakkam, Chennai, the program sought to equip educators with industry-relevant knowledge and practical skills, ensuring they are well-prepared to nurture the next generation of professionals.

The initiative is part of the Integrated Industry MTech program, which focuses on enhancing the employability of graduates through industry collaboration. The TTT program provided a platform for educators to learn cutting-edge teaching methodologies and approaches that align with the evolving needs of the workforce.

During the four-day event, participants were engaged in a series of interactive sessions, hands-on activities, and discussions.
