L&T EduTech signed an agreement with Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS) Pilani on 3 February, 2023 to collaborate and offer industry-led application-oriented engineering certification courses to students of the BITS group of institutions across its campuses in Pilani, Hyderabad, Goa and Dubai.

BITS Pilani, one of the top-ranking higher education institutes of India according to NIRF 2022, is a private deemed university for higher education and research in engineering. The university is among the first six institutes to be awarded the ‘Institute of Eminence’ status by University Grants Commission (UGC). With BITS Pilani in Dubai, the institute has become the first Indian deemed university to have an international campus.

The agreement was signed in the presence of Prof SudhirKumar V Barai, Director BITS Pilani; Colonel Soumyabrata Chakaraborty (Retd), Registrar BITS Pilani; Dr Navneet Gupta HOD, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering; Prof Anupam Singhal, Department of Civil Engineering; Prof Ajit Pratap Singh, Dean, Academic Undergraduate Studies; Dr Bijay K Rout, Department of Mechanical Engineering and Prof Shibani Khanra Jha, Faculty In-Charge, Teaching Learning Centre (TLC) of BITS Pilani.  L&T EduTech was represented by Vishal Vaswani, Area Manager, DMN team, Larsen & Toubro.
