L&T EduTech Launches Naan Mudhalvan Initiative Phase 4

In a significant collaboration, L&T EduTech has teamed up with the Tamil Nadu government for the Naan Mudhalvan initiative, led by the Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation and Anna University. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry by providing students with industry-relevant skills.

Under Naan Mudhalvan, various skill-building courses in engineering have been curated to integrate into state curriculums. L&T EduTech, the official training partner for Civil and Electrical engineering courses, is set to offer specialisation courses to 6th-semester students.

In the latest development, L&T EduTech has launched phase 4 of the Naan Mudhalvan initiative. Around 159 faculty members from different higher education institutions underwent rigorous training in the specialised courses. The Faculty Development Program (FDP), conducted from 29 January to 3 February 2024, aimed to empower educators to guide students effectively during the upcoming training program starting in February. Our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) travelled across the state to train and certify the faculty.

With L&T EduTech’s continued efforts in initiatives like Naan Mudhalvan, Tamil Nadu’s future workforce is poised to meet industry demands effectively.

Higher education faculty from across Tamil Nadu attended a rigorous training program as a part of Naan Mudhalvan’s phase 4 by L&T EduTech.

Four groups of faculty members were trained at L&T HQ, Chennai, by L&T EduTech’s subject matter experts.
