L&T EduTech has successfully completed the eight-day “Campus to Corporate” training for final year Civil Engineering students of St Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering and Technology, Nagpur from 16 to 25 January, 2023.

The learning journey was designed to be delivered in both online and offline modes. The sessions were divided into multiple modules that focused on personality development and placement skills. There were enticing activities including SWOT analysis, group discussions, mock interviews, presentations and role-plays conducted. These lively activities encouraged the students and guided them to take the right decisions, solve problems logically and cope with adverse situations while realising and recognising their strengths and weaknesses.
