MF Febin, Head of CollegeConnect, L&T EduTech, recently delivered the Guest Address at the 3rd International Conference on Emerging Approaches in Business Management – Rediscovering Quality Business Practices 2023 (ICEABM 2023).  The conference was organised by SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Vadalapani Campus, in collaboration with Arab Open University.

The two-day conference, held on 30-31 March2023, was attended by delegates from 72 academic institutions across the globe. It brought together around 730 management leaders from HR, marketing, finance and education onto one platform. As the Chief Guest of the conference, Febin shared insights from her three-decade long career that has spanned industries as diverse as civil engineering, defence and education. Her Guest Address provided valuable insights into the past and present of business management. She spoke at length about how the emerging trends are changing the management landscape and how to rediscover quality business practices with the help of emerging technologies.
