Sanjai Ranganathan is the Chief Executive (CE) of L&T EduTech. With over 27 years of business success at national and international levels, Ranganathan has demonstrated expertise in incubating and growing new businesses. He possesses a strong global experience gained from working in India, Singapore and the United States, collaborating closely with Fortune 500 customers.

Ranganathan holds a Master of Business Administration in Systems & Marketing, and he has completed a Management Certificate Program from Harvard Business School of Management. Prior to his current role at L&T EduTech, he held various positions at HCL Technologies, where he focused on the Media, Publishing and Education verticals across India and the US. In his most recent role as Vice President - Sales & Solutions (EdTech) at HCL, he played a pivotal role in driving growth and achieving remarkable success in the EdTech industry.

Febin MF is the head of CollegeConnect Business at L&T EduTech. Joining as the first lady PGET in L&T Construction, with a specialisation in structural engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, Febin has excelled in various spheres of construction, design and project management, handling prestigious projects like exhibition centres, institutional buildings and cement plant buildings. Her accomplishments include a registered design patent for junction nodes of a structural steel barrel vault-shaped roof at HITEX, Hyderabad.

Febin has mentored over 70 graduate and postgraduate trainees and has been instrumental in driving the diversity and inclusion initiatives at L&T. She has co-founded a startup engineering consultancy and spearheaded the Defense Construction Business unit, resulting in the formation of the Defense Construction Business Vertical at L&T.

At CollegeConnect, she is responsible for overseeing the overall strategy, product positioning, development and success of the course content products curated by subject matter experts and industry practitioners of L&T. From encapsulating the mountains of knowledge that L&T has gathered in digitised formats that can complement and enrich the higher education curriculum in India to see the courses through end-course assessments and projects to mentoring both students and teachers through real-world engineering in L&T’s project sites, Febin has led CollegeConnect from the inception. She has been instrumental in building successful partnerships with 45+ institutions in less than two years. She has played a critical role in creating impactful collaborations with the governments of Tamil Nadu and Kerala; AICTE, the apex body for technology education in India; and Coursera, one of the world’s most prominent MOOC platforms.

Sreechand Sreedhar is a seasoned professional with over 27 years of experience in the construction and IT industry. He is currently the Head of Professional Skilling Business at L&T EduTech, where he leads the skill assessment, upskilling and reskilling initiatives for professionals across various domains. With a specialisation in structural engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut, he started his career as a Design Engineer and gradually worked his way up to handling leadership positions such as Segment Head - Airports (International), Segment Head - Public Space and Head - ITOS & Data Centre Business Segment with B&F IC of L&T Construction.

Sreechand has a keen understanding of the importance of skill development and training in driving business growth and success, and he has been instrumental in building and managing a team of specialists in a new age startup focused on data centres. He has expertise in developing customised training programmes to meet the specific needs of clients and has a proven track record of successful business development and strategic partnerships.

With his vast experience and skills in construction, design, contracts, and project management, Sreechand brings a unique perspective to the Professional Skilling business, enabling him to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth. His ability to understand the needs of clients in large enterprises and provide tailored solutions makes him an invaluable asset to L&T EduTech.

Dr Anbuthambi Bhojarajan is an accomplished leader with around 25 years of experience in education, skill development and IT/ITES industries. As the Head of Strategy and Emerging Tech at L&T EduTech, he leverages his extensive expertise in skill development, capacity building, academic alliances and large project implementation to drive the organisation's growth. Dr Anbuthambi is the past President of ICT Academy, a successful PPP social enterprise of India. In this role, he demonstrated strong leadership skills and worked closely with industry, academia and government to develop the next generation talent pool by bridging the skill gap between industry and academia.

Dr Anbuthambi holds a bachelor's degree in computer application and a master's in business administration. He has also done a Post-Graduation in business management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, where he was a merit third-rank holder in his batch. He also completed a PhD in management with a research area on employability skills. Dr Anbuthambi is a member of several governing councils and academic councils in various higher education institutions across India. His exceptional contributions to the field of skill development have been recognised on a national level. He was the winner of the Power to Empower 2013, a national skill enterprise challenge conducted by NSDC and CII. Anbuthambi is also a passionate public speaker and has spoken at various forums on topics related to skill development, digital enablement and youth empowerment.

Rajavelu N is the Head of Platform Engineering at L&T EduTech. He is a seasoned architect with over 25 years of experience in managing and developing multiple technical and business verticals. He is passionate about creative designs and technology, which has enabled him to build large, scalable, high-concurrency, complex yet simplified, secure and responsive applications for enterprises on the cloud. He manages software development and infrastructure service for all L&T EduTech domains. He specialises in creating customised products using open-source frameworks and next-gen software architecture to deliver complete LMS and assessment solutions development and hosting on Azure/AWS Cloud.

Rajavelu is an accomplished technologist with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that drive business value for enterprises. He has led the design, development, and implementation of a distributed assessment platform for recruitment/entrance level assessment for clients such as SSC, IIBF, ONGC, IBPS, NIMHANS, NMIMS, ICSI, UIDAI, CUCET, RRB, KEONICS, BELTRON, Cochin Shipping Ltd., CEPTAM, Indian Navy, Delhi Police, TNPSC, TN Forest, TN Police, managing a team of 200+ and ensuring successful delivery of projects with severe time and budget constraints. He is skilled in team management, project management and is passionate about delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions that meet the evolving needs of diverse customer segments.

Sandeep Das has over 19 years of experience driving organizational success across industries like Automotive, Fashion, Textile, Education, Consumer Goods, and Engineering Services. He has worked with global companies such as Bosch, Arvind, and Global University Systems, holding roles in Finance, IT consulting, and transformation leadership.

Sandeep has implemented global SAP rollouts and large-scale process changes, utilizing technologies like RPA, AI, Cloud services, BI, SAP automation, and IoT. His work has been integral in driving digital transformation and sustainable business growth.

A Chartered Accountant from ICAI, Sandeep also holds certifications in Organisational Development from NTL and People Management from GPTW. His contributions have been recognized by ASSOCHAM, CII, TISS, and awards like the Bosch Best Innovator Award (APAC).

Sandeep coaches’ corporate executives on leadership and digital transformation for ISB and UPES, while mentoring start-ups on business models and go-to-market strategies.

Sandeep is an avid sports enthusiast, having competed in Badminton, Triathlons, adventure sports and cycling over 10,000 km since July 2020.

Ms Anitha Jayapal holds a postgraduate in Human Resources (HR) and has two decades of rich HR experience in various industries. Currently, she is the Head of HR for Larsen and Toubro – EduTech. Prior to L&T, she was the Head of HR for Mobility Solutions and Head of DEI & Employee Experience at Bosch Global Software Technologies.

Bringing experience from previous roles and industrial segments at Hansen Drives (ZF), Pricol Limited, Geedee Weiler and Precot Mills Ltd., she possesses a robust skill set that includes but is not limited to Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and Industrial Relations.

She is a diversity enthusiast who truly believes that 'people matter'. She is a people advisor and a proactive coach in creating progressive careers. Anitha is a 'people champion' for culture and creating inclusive workplaces. She has handled multicultural teams and is also accountable for establishing and integrating international locations.

Anitha has won the Women Leader Award, Innovation Award and WILL – Women Choice Awards 2023. She is a certified Coach for the Global Organisation Development for Change Leaders from the National Training Laboratories (NTL), USA Institute for Applied Behavioral Science.

Anitha has held various positions in the retiral boards, welfare trusts and POSH Committees over her years of service. Apart from her designated role at L&T, she holds esteemed positions in professional bodies including being the CII Co-convenor in the HR & IR Panel, Coimbatore, Nasccom, CMA and the honorary secretary in ISTD- Coimbatore chapter. She is also passionate about community service and is a nature lover.

Balasubramanian R is a Civil Engineering Lead SME at L&T EduTech with over 35 years of experience in design engineering. He has a master's degree in structural engineering from IIT Madras and an Advanced Diploma in Management. He has expertise in analysis, design and detailed engineering of steel and concrete structures for petrochemical plants, process plants, power plants, commercial complexes and more.

Balasubramanian is trained in ISO auditing skills, Leadership skills and pre-engineered metal building system. He is well-versed with international building codes and software in structural engineering.

Balasubramanian has strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities. He has led cross-functional teams and forged business partnerships in global markets. He has worked with top companies like L&T Construction, Mott MacDonald and IDEA-AEE Pvt Limited. He has been part of many notable projects in his career including Shell R&D Centre in Bengaluru, Dubai Pearl, Jubail Academic Buildings for RGCK -Saudi Arabia and Heathrow Terminal 2B. Balasubramanian's areas of expertise include pre-engineered buildings, biophilic design, design management and design thinking.

Dr Raana Pathak is a Subject Matter Expert in Civil Engineering at L&T EduTech. She holds a PhD in civil engineering and a master's in etructural engineering from Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology & Science, Indore. Her research interests include earthquake engineering, structural dynamics, nonlinear analysis, shell structures and fragility analysis. Dr Pathak has ten years of experience as an Assistant Professor at Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology & Science and five years at Shri Vaishnav Institute of Technology and Science. She also worked as a lecturer and head of the department at Acropolis Technical Campus.

Dr Pathak has expertise in research, curriculum development, content/module creation, STADD Pro, SAP 2000, ETABS, Nonlin and other related skills. She is a member of several professional societies, including the Institution of Engineers (India), Indian Geotechnical Society, Indian Concrete Institute, Association of Structural Engineers, Indian Society of Structural Engineers and Indian Society of Training and Development.

Dr A Rose Enid Teresa is the Senior Teaching Associate in Civil Department. She is specialized in Structural Engineering. She completed her PhD titled “Analysis of T-Beam bridge for seismic characterization” and awarded doctoral degree in the year 2013 from Anna University. She was a Professor with 22 years of teaching experience which includes over 8 years of service as Head of the Department. She was instrumental in setting up Civil Engineering laboratories. She was the convener for various department events, serving as Board of Studies member for developing curricula and Syllabi for Civil Engineering course for autonomous institutions affiliated to Anna University.

Dr A Rose Enid Teresa has published research articles in peer-reviewed journals and presented papers in International Conferences held at Transportation Research Board, Washington, USA in 2012 and in conference held at Kunming, China. She has received travel grant from Department of Science and Technology for presenting in Transportation Research Board. She has carried out consultancy works and published patent on eco-brick. She is a Life member of Indian Concrete Institute, International Association of Engineers. She has received Innovative Technological Research & Dedicated Educationalist Award in 2021. Her research interests include seismic performance assessment and structural health monitoring of the bridges.

Dr S Stella is a Senior Teaching Associate in Civil Engineering at L&T EduTech with specialisation in Structural Engineering. She completed her PhD from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences. Dr Stella has 26 years of teaching and industrial experience, including three years of service as an Assistant Engineer in Tamilnadu Pollution Control Board.

Dr Stella has also served as ISO coordinator and conducted and organised FDTPs. She was involved in setting up civil engineering laboratories in various colleges and served as a convener for various department activities, such as NBA Incharge of II criteria. She has been a Board of Studies member for developing curriculm for Civil Engineering courses for autonomous institutions affiliated to Anna University. She has published research articles in peer-reviewed journals and presented papers in international conferences. Her research interests include earthquake resistant structures, composites and fiber-reinforced materials. She is a Life member of Member of Indian Society for Technical Education (MISTE) since 2001.

Dr Arun Baby Zacharia is a Teaching Associate in Civil Engineering at L&T EduTech. He is an expert in traffic engineering, transportation planning and highway engineering. He has an MTech in traffic and transportation engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum and a PhD in civil engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.

Dr Zacharia has 11 years of experience in academics, research and the construction industry. He has published papers in SCI and Scopus indexed international journals and conferences, showcasing his research expertise in traffic engineering. Additionally, he has undergone several training programmes and workshops sponsored by MHRD and TEQIP, and has hands-on experience in conducting field surveys.

Karthika S is a Training Associate in Civil Engineering at L&T EduTech. She is responsible for content curation and development. With a master’s in structural engineering and nine years of diversified work experience, Karthika has worked as a structural design engineer for highway bridges at L&T IDPL. She has handled various infrastructure projects from pre-bidding to the operation and maintenance phase.

Karthika is a dedicated academician and innovative researcher, focusing on contemporary structural engineering topics. She has published five articles in international journals, with 10 citations and a 2 H-index. Her expertise areas include preparation of bridge design reports, drawings and bill of quantities, development of R&R Methodology for concrete structures and research and scholarly activities.

K Sabarishri is a Teaching Associate in Civil Engineering at L&T EduTech with over 12 years of experience in the field of engineering and science. She has an MTech in structural engineering from SASTRA University, Tanjore. She has worked as an Assistant Professor in reputed engineering colleges for over six years and has guided numerous undergraduate projects. Sabarishri has a passion for transforming teaching and learning methodologies, and she has taken up various assignments to train and guide school students and aspiring engineers and graduates for various competitive exams. She has held various positions as a mentor for teachers in several schools with IGCSE Board and has trained students in pure science subjects.

Sabarishri's research interests include ground improvement techniques, liquefaction studies and constitutive modeling. She has published her research in journals and conferences and is currently employed with L&T EduTech as an associate to subject matter expert, where she is responsible for assisting and handling the requirements of geotechnical courses.

Sivaguru C is a Teaching Associate in Civil Engineering at L&T EduTech. He is an expert in environmental engineering, water and waste water treatment and sustainability. He has a master’s degree in environmental engineering from Anna University. He has worked as a Site Engineer at UBR Builders for several years, where he gained experience in site execution, QA & QC and BOQ. He also worked as an Assistant Pprofessor for three years in Info Institute of Engineering, Coimbatore, and for nearly six years in Sairam Group of Institutions, Chennai, where he handled subjects related to environmental engineering, water resource, estimation and quantity surveying.

Sivaguru C's expertise in environmental engineering, water and waste water treatment and sustainability, coupled with his industry and teaching experience, makes him a valuable asset in the field. He is passionate about using his knowledge and skills to promote sustainable practices and improving the quality of our environment.

S Thangaperumal is an accomplished Teaching Associate in Civil Engineering at L&T EduTech with expertise in geoinformatics, geospatial technologies, remote sensing, satellite digital image processing and GIS Mapping. He has an MTech in remote sensing from Institute of Remote Sensing, College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University, Chennai. He has seven years of teaching and research experience as an Assistant Professor at St. Joseph’s College of Engineering.

Thangaperumal has published over 15 research papers on geospatial technology in various national and international journals. He is an expert in remote sensing, geographical information systems, GNSS & GPS surveying, LiDAR surveying, UAV (Drone) surveying and transportation engineering. He is skilled in using software such as ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Desktop, JavaScript API for Arc GIS, Web GIS, QGIS, ERDAS IMAGINE, ENVI, Google Earth Engine, IDRISI Selva Edition, TerrSet and Auto CAD 2D-3D. Currently, he is researching GIS-based solutions for forest mapping. He has won Mapathon Championship at national and international levels in Notable Maps Category for the last two times.

KK Jembu Kailas is a Lead SME in Electrical and Electronics at L&T Edutech. He has over 36 years of experience in power system engineering, industrial electrification and electrical substation engineering. Jembu Kailas earned his BE degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).

Jembu Kailas has extensive experience in electrical design; testing and commissioning; maintenance, execution and planning of building projects; industrial projects and substation projects. He has overseen several large-scale projects including the concept to commissioning of hotel projects in Russia, aviation fuel system project for KAFCO in Kuwait, and Oman Oil Tanking project in Muscat. Jembu Kailas has presented several conference papers on topics related to power systems, insulation coordination studies, energy efficiency and harmonic mitigation techniques. He has also conducted training programmess for graduate engineer trainees and site engineers at L&T for ten years. Kailas has received several awards and recognitions including the Best Innovation Award from L&T PT&D in 2021 and runner-up for the Risk Mitigation Award in 2018 from the L&T Risk Management team.

Dr B Venkatalakshmi is a Subject Matter Expert in Electrical Engineering at L&T EduTech. A highly qualified academician and researcher with a PhD in Multisource Network Coding for MANETs and an ME in Optical Communication from College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University. Her research interests include pervasive computing, network coding, RFID, digital signal processing, information theory, mobile ad-hoc networks, industrial IoT, AI and edge computing and 5G. Dr Venkatalakshmi has a wide range of research skills, including Matlab, GIoMoSim, Qualnet, ADS, RFID API integration, Python, Weka and Power BI.

With over 29 years of teaching and research experience, having served as a lecturer, professor, head of research and development department and vice principal at various educational institutions in Chennai, she has made significant contributions to academic planning and development, research planning and development and industry interactions and development. She has organised and developed the ME Mobile and Pervasive Computing syllabus and gained expertise in the domain of RFID and wireless sensor networks, training human resources in these areas. She has also established new research labs and published many research works in national and international journals.

Dr Venkatalakshmi has received several awards for her contributions to the field, including the Most Committed Faculty Award by Velammal Trust, the Best Paper Award in the National Conference on Network Engineering by TIFAC-CORE, the IBM Faculty Innovation Award and the Plenitude of Service Award.

Dr P Rangarajan is a Subject Matter Expert (Electrical) at L&T Edutech. He holds a PhD in VLSI & Signal Processing from Anna University and a Professional Certification in Applied Data Science from IIT Pallakad. With over 33 years of experience in the field, he is an expert in VLSI, embedded systems and data science. Dr Rangarajan has held various academic positions, including Professor and Head of the Department of EEE and IT at RMD Engineering College. He has taught at RMK Engineering College and Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Sriperumbudur. He has also been a visiting faculty at University of Portsmouth, UK (campus at Myanmar). He has supervised almost 20 PhD theses.

Dr Rangarajan has several patents to his name, including Hybrid LP Gas-Petrol Generating System, IoT-Enabled Smart Meter for Rural Areas Without Internet, Zinc Air Battery for Rural Electrification and Intelligent Power Over Ethernet IoT-Based Preterm Birth Detector. A prolific author, he has published numerous research papers in international journals and has been cited in several publications. He has won the Best Faculty Award from Cognizant Technology Solutions 2014-15.

Dr S Rajkumar is a Subject Matter Expert in Electrical engineering at L&T EduTech. He holds a PhD in ECE from Central University (Allahabad) and an MTech in VLSI from SASTRA, a deemed university. Dr Rajkumar's research and engineering interests include testing, communication and signal processing in VLSI, electronic system leve, and drone design and technologies.

Dr S Rajkumar is a Subject Matter Expert in Electrical engineering at L&T EduTech. He holds a PhD in ECE from Central University (Allahabad) and an MTech in VLSI from SASTRA, a deemed university. Dr Rajkumar's research and engineering interests include testing, communication and signal processing in VLSI, electronic system leve, and drone design and technologies.

Dr Rajkumar has expertise in VHDL, Verilog, simulation software such as Modelsim SE 5.7b and Ncverilog, synthesis software such as FPGA Express and Leonardo Spectrum and integrated software such as Xilinx ISE 7 and System Generator for DSP. He has secured a patent for his work on a mutual authentication protocol using a physical unclonable function (PUF) for IoT smart home devices. Dr Rajkumar has several national and international publications and presentations. He is a Fellow in IETE, a member of the Indian Science Congress and the VLSI Society of India.

Dr Akash Talwariya is a PhD in Electrical Engineering on "Game Theory Based Electrical Power System Optimization in the Presence of Distributed Energy Resources". He did his postgraduate in artificial intelligence and machine learning from National Institute of Technology, Warangal. He also received his MTech. and BTech., in power system and electrical engineering respectively from Rajasthan Technical University. He specialises in power system, smart grid, machine learning and game theory. He has 10 years of experience in academics and is affiliated with various NAAC-accredited universities. He has published 35 research papers in various international journals and conferences. Out of these publications, 10 are in reputed SCI journals, and five are with SCOPUS indexing. He also published three patient articles and some media articles in reputed business magazines. He is currently working as a teaching associate in the department of electrical and electronic engineering, L&T EduTech. His research experience includes power system deregulation, integration of distributed energy sources, demand side management, etc.

Harsha H U is a Teaching Associate in Electrical Engineerng at L&T EduTech. He has 12 years of experience in academics, research, technical content development and content curation with. He has expertise in developing industry-oriented content for online courses, experience learning centres and competitive exam platforms. Additionally, he has experience in translating technical content into regional languages. He specialises in power system, power electronics and energy management systems.

Harsha has been a part of the assessment integration for online learning platforms and has experience in creating technical projects and content in power system engineering. He has a holistic view of actual power processing, power distribution, protection and control.

He is proficient in using software such as ETAP, MATLAB and PVsyst to demonstrate engineering problem solutions in power system analysis, load flow analysis and short circuit studies. He also has expertise in IEEE 80-2000 Earth Mat Design and in the design analysis of power electronic converters in MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice/LTspice, and Multisim.

Rupali Nilesh Suraskar is a Teaching Associate in Electrical Engineering at L&T EduTech. She is a highly experienced technical professional with over 16 years of teaching experience as an Assistant Professor at Kavikulguru Institute of Technology and Science in Ramtek, with an additional 2 years of experience as a Lecturer at Pandav Polytechnic in Nagpur. She is currently pursuing a PhD in image processing from IIIT, Nagpur. She has an MTech in VLSI from SRKNEC, Nagpur. She also holds a BE in electronics and telecommunication from PCEA, Nagpur, and a Diploma in electronics and telecommunication from SDMP, Nagpur.

Rupali's expertise areas include FPGA-based VLSI design, microprocessor, IoT and image processing. She has a keen interest in research in the field of image processing. Rupali's experience in teaching and her technical expertise make her an asset to any organisation.

Mani Sankar Chakraborty is the Lead Subject Matter Expert of Mechanical Engineering at L&T EduTech. He has a BTech (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur and a Master of Science in Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Illinois, USA. He has worked in core sector projects involving power plants, metallurgical plants – ferrous and non-ferrous, material handling plants, offsite facilities for process plants as well as manufacturing engineering both in India and overseas.

Chakraborty has worked in Senior leadership roles in Mechanical Design & Engineering at Larsen & Toubro for a decade out of a total engagement of about 27 years with the company. He has experience working in association with various global clients as well as consultants, and is well versed in international codes and software used in mechanical engineering. He is passionate about systems engineering, plant layout development, design management/design thinking and mentoring and transforming young engineers into seasoned professionals.

Dr P Balamurugan spearheads Immersive Learning at L&T EduTech. He has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM) and Post Doctorate Research Experience from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. He specializes in areas of refrigeration and air conditioning, heat transfer, and data driven immersive learning. He comes with over two decades of experience in industry, academia and research and has published 13 research articles in peer reviewed international journals.

Being an expert in data-driven largescale skilling, he has worked extensively on tech enabled teaching and experiential learning. As the head of Immersive Learning he has been involved in continuous engagement with over a thousand L&T project sites across the country. He has enabled students to have first-hand exposure and engineering learning from practising experts at live mega project sites and plants of L&T.

Dr Nakka Muralidhara Rao is a Subject Matter Expert in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on research and development in the field of fluid dynamics, heat transfer, low-grade energy and renewable energy. He has done a PhD in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, where he conducted extensive research on buoyancy-induced circulation loops.

Dr. Rao's research and engineering interests include microfluidics, nanofluids, two/multi-phase flow, solar energy, bio-diesel, chaotic analysis and piping analysis, among others. He has over two decades of professional experience, having held senior-level positions in the engineering, design and enterprise solutions industry, including Senior Vice President at Rolta India Limited, where he was responsible for leading the company's engineering and design initiatives. He leverages his extensive expertise to design and deliver cutting-edge educational programmes and training solutions in mechanical engineering.

Venkatesh Radhakrishnan is a Subject Matter Expert in Mechanical Engineering, with a specialisation in manufacturing engineering, specifically in computer-integrated manufacturing. Dr Mahesh Kulkarni is a Teaching Associate in Mechanical Engineering at L&T EduTech. He holds an MTech in Heat Power Engineering from the College of Engineering Pune and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharshtra University, Jalgaon. Dr Kulkarni has worked as a Design Engineer in the Process Gas Systems at Kirloskar Pneumatic, Pune and as an R&D Engineer in Cycle Development and Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC Infra Group) at LG Electronics, South Korea. He has over 13 years of teaching experience as an Assistant Professor at SSBT College of Engineering and GF Godavari College of Engineering in Jalgaon. He is an expert in air conditioning and refrigeration, solar water heating system and power plant engineering.

Dr SM Mullaikodi is a Teaching Associate in Mechanical Engineering at L&T EduTech with 20 years of experience in teaching, research and industry training. She has a Ph.D. in Fiber Reinforced Polymer Matrix Composite Material Design and Advanced Machining from Anna University, Chennai. She is proficient in several design and analysis software, such as CATIA, CREO, ANSYS and MATLAB. She is an expert in advanced machining processes and has good experience in administrative work.

LS Bhadrinarayanan is a Teaching Associate for Mechanical and Chemical Engineering at L&T EduTech. He completed his BTech in Chemical Engineering from Anna University and MSc in Physics with specialisation in Nuclear Energy Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Paul Scherrer Institut (PSI), Switzerland. He worked as a Research Assistant at Nuclear Power Safety, KTH and as a Research Associate Fellow at the Fast Reactor Design Group, Indira Gandhi Center for Atomic Research (IGCAR). With over six years of experience in the IT industry, Venkadesh has managed teams with members ranging from 7 to 30 and delivered a number of products across various domains, including e-commerce and EdTech, for both B2C and B2B markets.
