About the Course
This course has been developed in association with the IFMR Graduate School of Business, which offers a multi-dimensional approach to learning that aids high-potential individuals in navigating the fast-changing world and creating a positive impact. The course provides an overview of the role of finance in an organisation. Any professional needs to have a basic understanding of finance to realise the impact of their decisions on the organisation and to improve their decision-making skills. This course will give future engineers a competitive advantage in their workplace as they will gain a holistic understanding of the business. The course covers key economic indicators of growth, finance metrics that define organisational performance, recent trends in cost, application of time value of money, risk management and tax management.
