In response to the industry's evolving requirements, L&T EduTech introduces Employability Skilling, an initiative aimed at aligning courses with the future employment landscape and equipping individuals with in-demand skills. Our approach revolves around a market-driven strategy for skill acquisition and employability. It begins with a comprehensive assessment of current industry requirements, which in turn guides the development of customised skilling programmes. Participants undergo pre-assessments to pinpoint specific areas for improvement, engage in targeted skill development and culminate with post-assessments to measure their proficiency.
