What you will learn
- Identifying and marking structural elements to assist in the fit-up of the same
- Identifying, using various tools, tack, and handling heavy materials used in the fit-up of fabricated components
- Assisting in preparatory activities, edge preparation, and positioning of steel sections for fit-up
- Elaborations on a safe environment, health, and safe working places
- Assisting in the work while adhering to specific standards of dimensional accuracy within permissible tolerances
